It did not take long for us to see positive results from the new Ashbury process. Not only have specifications been ‘Right First Time’, I have recently received new artworks which have been approved at first stage using specifications which have been through the process. This not only saves time through the critical path, it also saves the cost of further artwork amends.
The new approval process has taken specs to a new improved level. Specs are more in depth and detailed enabling suppliers and manufacturers to access all the info they need (and more) at the click of a button. From a personal point of view I feel more comfortable that the specs are up to the standards required and are always completed to the highest level. The whole Ashbury team is efficient in turning around approvals, are always on hand should I have queries or need any help and always provide a friendly service. AN ABSOLUTE PLEASURE TO WORK WITH!!!!!!
The Ashbury process is very clear, with excellent advice from the beginning on how to complete specifications.
The Specification Technologists are always on hand to answer questions, no matter how basic or complicated.
The Ashbury process and review of specifications is very detailed & quite daunting, therefore the knowledge and understanding of their labelling advisors is invaluable in completing the specifications to the level required. The Ashbury team of labelling advisors are very approachable & knowledgeable on the degree of detail required in each specification.
During the last two months we were always treated greatly by Ashbury people… They were soooooo patient with us every time we needed some help! Cipri was great in doing the training at our site and in assisting us also by telephone when we needed his help! Moreover, I had the chance to speak to Ramizan, too! He was absolutely helpful and very nice to me.
Lauren understood immediately our situation and was able within less than 48 hours to arrange a training session on FIND in our office in Turin. Her assistance and action was determinant!
Chandni’s patience and support were unique. Always available to listen to our problems and full of practical advice: an action woman!
