Magdi Salih

A native Arabic speaker, Magdi is Ashbury’s international regulatory expert for the Middle East. He brings a wealth of experience from the Food Standards Agency, where he worked for almost 10 years, and Cransfield University. His detailed knowledge spans the countries of the GCC, others in the region such as Yemen, and the food regulations of the UK and EU. He is currently working towards wider coverage of Arabic-speaking countries in the Middle East and North Africa, including Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Jordan and Iraq.

Ashbury's International Team works closely with our UK advisers to ensure a fully integrated service. Collectively, the team speaks almost 30 languages, and has regulatory expertise in 50 countries: the largest European-based team of food specialists all gathered in one location in the industry.
